Work can be done at your facility or in our laboratory. Repair work is
better performed in the Lab to take advantage of the research and
diagnostic equipment available to us. Our modern labs have servers that
help facilitate upgrades and diagnostic work on your computers. We
maintain a local version of the Microsoft Knowledgebase of problems and
solutions which allows fast search and access to this critical
information. We also maintain up to date information about security
patches for all Microsoft and many other products. While your system is in
the shop, we will make sure it up to date and as secure as it can be
before returning it to service
